PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

  • Reduce and avoid confrontations between participants in the project, to the extent the client and the situation so require for the success of the same
  • Recommend methods for solving problems and breaking deadlocks in negotiations.
  • Provide advice and support on claims, lawsuits and dispute resolution in a professional manner, with the goal of project success.
  • Advice and training on anticorruption practices, integrity and compliance.
